# Default Access Level not set correctly

 * If you don’t specifically enter 10 in the Access Level input field, the access
   level is not set to 10 by default. I’ve tested this by creating a test account
   with subscriber access and it sees the new design (TwentyFourteen is what I tested
   with) unless you specifically enter a value in the Access Level box.
