 * Hi , i would like to change the default slug and content in the about page for
   all new created blogs, would this be possible ?

 * well…..its controlled here (I’m assuming you mean for each site created in a 
   multi site install correct?)
 * You can see sections about first page starting at line 245. It would be easy 
   to edit in this file, but that’s not ideal. I’m sure the function is pluggable
   and a plugin/function.php edit can handle it with a bit of research

   in to it 😀
