 * I have woocommerce and the pixel is been installed from facebook platform, no
   php or html code installed on website excpet from woocommerce for facebook and
   woocommerce plugins.
 * in 1 months i have tried everything from facebook, forcing api stuff, installing
   pixel with code etc… but i m not able to solve this problem.
    I contact facebook
   support and they told me that the problem is related with woo plugins. This is
   the error. Can you help me please, i m going crazy, thx T.T
 * AddToCart Event Not Deduplicated
    You’re sending AddToCart events across the
   pixel and server connection, but they’re not deduplicated since you didn’t add
   an event_id parameter for this event. Without an event_id for this event, your
   AddToCart events will be counted twice since they cannot be deduplicated. This
   may cause problems with the attribution of your ad campaigns.
 * `How to solve the problem
    To solve the problem you will need to use the solution
   below. Once you have resolved the issue in your website’s code, you can mark
   it as resolved. This will move the problem to the Previously Detected section.
   If the problem is detected again after 3 days, it will be moved to the In Progress
   section. Add an event_id parameter to your AddToCart event in your server payload.
   You can use the Payload Helper tool on the Facebook for Developers website to
   confirm that your payload has been configured correctly.

 * Hey [@mansitkd](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mansitkd/),
 * I see a “How to solve the problem” section in your request. Does that mean you
   are submitting a request and a reply?
 * Do you still need help with this?

 * Hi, [@mansitkd](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mansitkd/)!
 * The error you’re seeing can be due to the pixel tracking code being added to
   your site more than once, either in your site’s header.php or another plugin.
   I do note that you told us this:
 * > I have woocommerce and the pixel is been installed from facebook platform,
   > no php or html code installed on website excpet from woocommerce for facebook
   > and woocommerce plugins.
 * Can you please clarify what you mean by “the pixel is been installed from facebook
   platform”? Before using the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, did you already
   have the pixel installed on your site?
 * Another thing you can look at is if you have a caching plugin. You can try disabling
   that and seeing if it will help.
 * If you’re certain you only have the code added once, that is, through our Facebook
   for WooCommerce extension, you can mark the issue as resolved in the Events Manager.
   And as it says in the message you copied, Facebook will check for the issue again
   after 3 days.

 * Hi [@mansitkd](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mansitkd/),
 * > do u know how to desync api?
 * Are you looking for a way to disconnect your WooCommerce store from your Facebook
   shop?
 * It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can
   get it by navigating to the `WooCommerce / Status` section of your site. Once
   there, click on the `Get system report` button and then copy it by clicking on
   the `Copy for support` button. Then paste it here in a comment.
 * As for this section:
 * > AddToCart Event Not Deduplicated
   > You’re sending AddToCart events across the
   > pixel and server connection, but they’re not deduplicated since you didn’t
   > add an event_id parameter for this event. Without an event_id for this event,
   > your AddToCart events will be counted twice since they cannot be deduplicated.
   > This may cause problems with the attribution of your ad campaigns.
 * To clarify the issue further, I’d recommend taking a look at the forum thread
   linked below, as it has a detailed reply from Will regarding some of the troubleshooting
   steps to verify what is occurring with the event_id parameter on a site:

 * We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved–
   if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
