# Decrypting not working

 * Hi!
 * We use the decoding option on our website but it is not decrypting the email 
   address when clicked on it. It shows a field with “Cleantalk magic on it’s way”,
   sometimes that stays, other times an email is openened but the email address 
   is with [cxxxx@xxxxx.org](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/decrypting-not-working/cxxxx@xxxxx.org?output_format=md).
