 * Hi. How can I decrease widget in overview display setting by default in code?
   
   because I have multisite and I want to decrease plugin options in any new blog.

 * At this time there is not way to set the default widgets for users.

 * It’s all or nothing at this time. If the user has access to WP Statistics then
   they have access to all of the dashboard widgets as well.
 * You can disable all dashboard widgets, but that removes access to the widgets
   for everyone.
