 * Just change the image from the theme configuration in the WordPress dashboard.
   The size of the whole header is dynamic, i.e. as per the image’s size.

 * For reduce the vertical size of image, you have to edit in function.php template
   of your theme. Search this line in function.php file and edit the height according
   to you.
