 * Its base64 encoded. [Try some of these](http://www.google.com/search?q=online+base_64+decoder).
   Some will choke on some date while others will decode it, so if it doesn’t work
   try another one. If you get another odd looking string run it through again. 
   I’ve seen these things encoded as many as ten or fifteen times.
 * Legally, I’ve seen much debate over what the WP license prevents and doesn’t 
   prevent– I lean towards ‘You hook it to WP, its open source’– but whatever the
   result of that argument, I wouldn’t run something on my sites unless I knew exactly
   what it was doing.

 * I would not recommend using a theme with this sort of garbage in it. BTW, the
   warning is total BS. Try finding a theme here:
