Hi! If the admin decides to decline a listing, what status shall be set at the back-end? I need the listing remains editable and the user can re-submit for approval at a later time. It works like the “pending approval” status, but the system needs to send a corresponding email to the employer.

  • If a job isn’t approved, it’s left as pending (and can be edited by the user, if you’ve selected “Allow editing of pending listings” in “Settings” -> “Job Submission” in WP Job Manager), but WP Job Manager doesn’t have a feature to send a “listing declined” e-mail to the user; that would have to be done manually, or possibly by using an additional plug-in to add that feature, or with custom coding.
