# Decimal Separator disappeared

 * Hi there,
 * In my website suddenly the Decimal Separator in the Woocommerce prices disappeared,
   I can’t understand what could cause it, everything is updated (except for the
   wp bakery page builder), and everything is set as always.
 * What could be?

 * Great, thank you for that! It should be showing then, since the settings are 
   correct. What I would suggest next would be to test if this is caused by either
   a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
      The best way to determine
   this is to:
    - Temporarily switch your theme to [Storefront](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/)
    - Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    - Repeat the action that is causing the problem
 * If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then
   you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure
   out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by

   it’s because of it.
