Decent Product – Not So Decent Service

I purchased this plugin for a grid content heavy website and found it to be adequate, but the longer I used it the more I saw it didn’t fit my needs. The support team answered my questions typically within 24 hours but were not always helpful. I asked for a refund, within the allotted timeframe for such a request, and they have been silent. I found Essential Grid to be a much better plugin for my needs and they have great support. If you need something simple and easy, this is great., but if you have problems or questions don’t expect much help.
