• We’ve been using this plugin for a week or two in our dev website with a view of using it as our primary helpdesk, we purchased all the plugins and i’m disappointed with support and some of the plugins, don’t seem to do what they should. The pipe was a complete pain and no real support given.

    The plugin it’s self is decent and it could have so much more out of the box.

    Hopefully, it will improove

    Your guess was right, emails was not sending, I just fixed the issue on our site and it is working now.
