Deceit

I had a free trial on Visual Society and decided not to continue. But after a month I was charged for a professional account I didn’t ask for. It’s impossible to delete your account on the site so I asked to do this and to refund the money I was charged. Although they promise to answer in two hours, I didn’t get any answer at all. Is this the way you people want to promote your new thing?
