• I received this error message in my debug file this morning and wanted to know how bad of an error this could turn out to be:

[22-Apr-2019 15:25:38 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: showf in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\Ultimate-Premium-Plugin\libs\controllers\front\iconplacements\sfsi_widget.php on line 126

My website has not crashed or anything like that. I just want to stay on top of my debug and know what this error message means so when my boss asks me about I have a good idea of why this happened.

  • The quick fix for this: On the plugin’s settings page there is an option to switch this “Error reporting” off (at the bottom of question 6). Could you please try that?

It’s safe to switch those errors off because they usually don’t point to a serious issue. However, if you want to get to the bottom of it, please talk with your theme creators (as it’s most likely a conflict with your theme). Note that we also fix theme issues as part of this plugin https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/usm-premium/

So you fix theme issues for people who use your premium version of the social plugin?

Yes (for theme issues which relate to our plugin of course)
