# Debug window not loading

 * Hi’ I’ve trying to load the debug preview window but nothing is working.
 * I have instaled a disable CSP chrome extension but it still doesnt load.
 * I read this topic [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/google-tag-manager-debug-window/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/google-tag-manager-debug-window/)
   but wasn’t helpfull since disable csp still doesnt load.

 * Hi,
 * I injected anther GTM container into your site while I was browsing (this is 
   only done in my browser using a Chrome extension, I did not actually “hack” into
   your site)
 * I was able to turn on preview mode and the pane showed up.
 * Have you tried this in incognito mode while no other browser extension is active?
   Have you tried to turn on preview mode in another browser?

 * Also sometimes the preview/debug window won’t show if the container hasn’t been
   published before.
 * Try publishing the container and hard-refreshing the page.
