debug mode error: “Use of undefined constant uet_tag_id”
-
Hi there,
We have installed the Microsoft UET plugin which is great and simplifies installation. The plugin seems to be working correctly which is great, however when we enable debug mode, a PHP warning is clearly visible. The warning is as follows:
Warning: Use of undefined constant uet_tag_id - assumed 'uet_tag_id' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/xxxxxx.cloudwaysapps.com/xxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/microsoft-advertising-universal-event-tracking-uet/wp-uet-plugin.php on line 33
This usually would not be a problem, however this warning is filling up our server error logs and it would be good to get this fixed in a future update. The error logs look like this:
[Tue May 25 12:29:52.562612 2021] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 10818:tid xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] [client xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning: Use of undefined constant uet_tag_id - assumed 'uet_tag_id' (this will throw an Error in ..............ersion of PHP) in /home/176860.cloudwaysapps.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/microsoft-advertising-universal-event-tracking-uet/wp-uet-plugin.php on line 33', referer: https://www.xxxxxxxx.co.uk/xxxxxxxx/edit.php?post_type=shop_order
Many thanks Microsoft!
Best,
Jethro
