# Debug Error- External product not found

 * I have tried to sync two woocommerce websites. The A-B stock sync works fine.
   But with B-A, it doesnt work. When i look into status log- I get the error- external
   product not found. Please help. We have the paid version, if you are wondering.

 * The error message means that the product was not found on the other site based
   on SKU which is strange if it works for A-B but not for B-A.
 * It might be some permission issue. Can you please create a test product on both
   sites with SKU “TEST123” (for example) and see if that syncs?
