 * seems the Debug Mode dosn’t work in HTTP version of website.

 * Debug mode is ON and request is HTTP, but the plugin request the Cached minified
   resource.
 * everything work well in HTTPS requets.

 * It says you enabled “Disable All” , when it is disabled , nothing in plugin will
   work.
 * Could you please explain what exactly is what you want to do ?
