 * I had to deal with your second issue. So I’ll give you a recommendation. I handle
   it by writing a notice in the description of the product. If the customer doesn’t
   give us enough time, we reject the order in the order-taking app. And tell the
   customer the reason in the text box that appears after tapping reject. I hope
