Hello, I’m having an issue with this plugin. I tried to disable the maintenance mode but the maintenance mode is still showing up.

I have godaddy so I push the cash from the server settings. It didn’t help.

I installed a cache plugging to clear the cache and it didn’t work.

I even checked the cache folder on the server but it was already empty.

when I go to the URL with the no cache option it loads just fine!

    https://firstguarantycreditcorp.com/?nocache=123

I wasn’t even using a cache plugin, I don’t know what it can be. Any suggestions?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

GoDaddy has a very resilient cache as far as I know in order to save on resources. As you already confirmed with ?nocache=123 it is cache. But you can see in this screenshot that it is varnish cache forcing a cached version to be displayed https://prnt.sc/F7XBVwvEmwhG

You will need to contact GoDaddy about it as there’s nothing we can do 🙁

thank you for your reply, after talking with Goddady it turns out they have 2 levels of caching (the second one was on the CDN which can be disabled via the wordpress hosting settings.

Thanks for letting us know! We’ll keep that in mind for any other people that use GoDaddy.
