 * Hey don’t know if you are back from holidays yet but I have sent emails to have
   licenses deactivated for websites I no longer use. Please advise.

 * The support team is definitely back. I can’t help with any purchasing/licensing/
   premium issues here (it’s prohibited: [https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products)),
   but you should definitely get a response from the email support team. If you 
   still haven’t, it’s likely that it went to spam, as they have been in for two
   full days now and should be pretty close to caught up. If that’s the case, try
   sending a new email.
