Hi @jshade77,
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble re-activating Zip Recipes. Your recipes are safe, though, since they’re stored in the database.
Can you try deleting Zip Recipes altogether and re-installing it?
I did and that didn’t work…
On the second look, I noticed that the shortcode is not from Zip Recipes. Zip Recipes shortcodes look like this: [amd-zlrecipe-recipe: NNN]
. Your website has: [amd-yrecipe-recipe:25]
.
Did you use a plugin like Yummly?
A long time ago. I have been using Zip for the last few months…
Is there a way to get the right shortcode back for my recipes?
I see the files still in my file manager on my cpanel…
It looks like the page you posted here was created with Yummly (or another plugin) : https://thisrealmom.com/zesty-lemon-pepper-chicken-bowls/
If you want that to appear again, you’ll have to activate the plugin you created the recipe with.
I’m not sure why that’s showing up. I still have the zip files in my wp-content. Can I use that to recreate the recipes?
If Zip Recipes is active, you should definitely be able to use it to create or recreate a recipe.
Nevermind, I think it worked for the other recipes, it looks like that page was never updated. Thanks!
Glad you sorted that out, @jshade77 😄!
