deactivated and deleted the plugin, cannot install any other plugin after that

    Hi,

    I had installed the plugin and found that the plugin did not meet my requirement. So I deactivated the plugin and then deleted it. But after that I cannot install any other plugin. Have tried several things but nothing seems to work.

    Can you please help me remove the plugin or undo any changes the plugin might have done to the wordpress settings and did not get removed on deletion.

    Any help will be much appreciated.

    Hi hitenmehta34,

    The case is, our plugin does not impact the installation of other plugins. If you are not sure if the plugin was deleted completely, please use your FTP client (http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) to make sure that gallery-plugin folder is not present in wp-content/plugins. If it is, please delete it.
