With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats were lost.
That’s what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL, physicaltherapyweb.com/test/.
I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com. You can disconnect from WordPress.com thanks to the link at the bottom of the page.

Hi Jeremy…
I’ve disconnected and reconnected from Jetpack and now my stats are indeed back. Thanks so much.
It seems like this situation is quite common. Perhaps there should be a fix made that would save you from having to help people with this so often.
Thanks again.

Hi again Jeremy…
After adding another of my sites to allow multisite management via Jetpack/Wordpress I started receiving errors in the WordPress back end. To solve this I disconnected and then reconnected Jetpack. Now all of my stats are gone for this site.
Can you help?
The site is http://100womencalgary.com
Thanks in advance.
I’ve applied the same fix. You’ll get your stats and subscribers by disconnecting from WordPress.com and reconnecting.

Yes, that’s in the works!
