Deactivate wp-login and maximum length for biographical info

I am using profile builder latest version. I want to deactivate wp-login.php
For this i redirect wp-login to profile builder login page.But i can’t login with profile builder login page. So help !!
Another Problem is biographical info length. I have done this in default profile.php by this code :

function profile_description_length_limit() {

    global $current_user;
    get_currentuserinfo();

    if(strlen(($description = get_user_meta($current_user->ID, 'description', true))) > 300) {
        update_user_meta($current_user->ID, 'description', substr($description, 0, 300));
    } // end if

add_action('profile_personal_options', 'profile_description_length_limit');

but now in profile builder profile page this code is not working. This is much needed for me !
