deactivate plugin

    I had a problem with my site and menu bar blanking noticed that this plugin and maintenance plugin don’t play nice disabled maintenance appeared to work correctly but as I needed additional functionality deactivated/removed this plugin but does not appear to completely remove as am left with hidden menu for specific (members) role how can I completely remove and undo the hidden switch for this role
