# DDWC Pro plugins don’t work

 * Hi,
 * DDWC Free es un excelente plugin, por esto yo compro DDWC Pro, pero al instalarlo
   este daña una parte de DDWC Free y no trabaja DDWC Pro.
 * 1.- Automatic messages that are added to the order such as “Assign Driver” or“
   Out for Delivery” give an error “Credentials are required to create a Client”,
   in the free version DDWC worked fine.
 * 2.- Automatic emails (Mainly from what I bought the plugin) are not sent.
 * 3.- The DDWC Order Delivered template by default assigns the email from the WordPress
   administrator and not the Woocommerce Sender Address (Selected Recipients).
 * 4.- At the time of Checkout it shows at the end “SMS UPDATES
    Receive order updates
   via text (optional) “, but I did not activate this option and there is no way
   to deactivate.
 * 5.- The Spanish translation with Loco Translate in DDWC Pro does not work.
 * Today I did tests on a WordPress site that I have configured as a test environment
   where only WooCommerce, Twenty Twenty Theme and DDWC Free & Pro is activated 
   to perform the tests, the result was the same, it does not work.
 * I urgently need to resolve this.

 * Hi mohwakmedibles,
 * This has not been solved, I bought the plugin in December, first I received some
   answers by email that are working and will solve it, but they never solved anything,
   more never answered the emails I sent them.
 * I paid for a product that doesn’t work, there’s no support, no refund.
 * At least the emails should be answered
 * Do not purchase DDWC Pro until all of these isuue are resolved.

 * please can you help me for that informations?
    i want to buy DDWC Pro, and i 
   want to know how it’s work on a multivendor site (dokan): 1- how it works with
   vendor’s address (google maps) ? 2- when i click on call the dispatcher the number
   is of the vendor or the admin? 3- there is a way to add a push notification in
   case an order is automatiquely assigned to a driver? 4- i want to use TM Store
   for making android and ios app, there is no problem with the DDWC ?
