I see there but it showed “No system logs were found!” and also checked server log files it showed nothing.
How much memory do you have allocated to your WordPress website?
I have allocated 256M memory to my site.
Hi can you check to make sure this folder /yourwebsite/wp-content/aiowps_backups/ exist and with proper permission 0755? You will have to FTP into your site.
Can you also make sure that the following is added to your wp-config.php file.
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
As I checked the folder “aiowps_backups” on FTP, yes this folder was there and it has the file permission 0755 and also noticed that it has some backup zipped files there now but it is not sending emails.
Also to check memory limit I placed phpinfo() function in root directory. It is also showing memory limit 256M for my site.
Can you check to make sure that you are able to send e-mails for your website? Also check your spam folder just in case your e-mails are going to your spam.

Hi,
I’ve just downloaded and installed your very interesting plugin but I get the same issue:
when I click on “create new manual DB backup” I get a blank/empty page.
I’ve positively both checked this string
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
in my wp-config.php
amd the 0755 permission in wp-content/aiowps_backups/ folder
I’m running WordPress 4.3.1
