 * Thanks for answer. If it is possible, let me offer to use as a default the default
   time of wordpress in next versions of the plugin. It’ll be simple to modificate(
   transform) the time to user timezone.

   by the WordPress core function [current_time](https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/current_time).
