If you set To = 2023-11-27, the rule will end at 2023-11-27 00:00:00

I updated a rule to finish 28 november instead of 27 november and the rule stopped applying last night. Trying to make it work again the rule only applies if I put till 29th november, is there something I miss about the config? The time/date the plugin uses is local time right?

please, visit >Main Menu>Settings>General and check what timezone you use .
The setting is configured as my local time so that can´t be the problem.
Any other tips to know the reason for the rules not being applied?

Hello the rule are enabled and working but the end date is the issue. Today this happend again, I have to add one date to date “end date” in order to work, for example if I want black friday deals from 24 to 28 november I need to put 24 to 29 november to work, the offers last till 28 november and on 29 november stop applying, this is a real case, this behaviour occurs today on customer´s site
@victorcalderon yes, because the sale stops 29 November 2023 00:00:00, as @algolplus said earlier.
29 November 00:00:00 is a start of 29 November. So if you need the sale rule apply from 24 November 00:00:00 to 28 November 23:59:59 , so you need to install the dates from 2023-11-24 to 2023-11-29
