Yes, the plugin should be functioning.
I have this error in the log after enabling the date/time mode:
This is not an error. It’s a debug information (you can disable it by unchecking the “Debug” checkbox in “WooCommerce > Settings > Conditional Shipping > General”). It simply says that the “Free shipping” is not available to your customers because now is after 21:59:59.
Now from your screenshot, I think I know where the problem is. You have 22:00:00-09:59:59
for your “Flat rate”. It’s not correct. What you actually need is 22:00:00-23:59:59;00:00:00-09:59:59
, i.e. starting date always has to be smaller than the ending date, hope you get what I mean.
Please give it a try and let me know if it’s ok now?
P.S. After you change the settings, I suggest you clear your cart before testing.
