# Date style

 * Hi,
 * after the update I had a lot of problems with existing calendars. After restoring
   the backup, now I try to solve these issues one by one on a local installation.
 * How can I style the date in a list calendar. Color and background-color are styled
   inline in span ([http://prntscr.com/91k1dr](http://prntscr.com/91k1dr)). How 
   can I access the date to show it black on a white background?

 * Hi you can try using the options to customize the color under the Appearance 
   tab in the calendar settings.

 * I find it a bit confusing that I can change font-color and background-color with
   only one control, but now, when I know it, it’s fine.
