 * On my website, when I put in the code ‘<?php the_date(); ?>’ it shows the date
for the newest post, but not for the older posts. Even if it was added 5 minutes
after. Is the code wrong, or what? Do any of you know how to fix this?

 * Did you put the code in single.php or index.php or archive.php? Then the information
should appear in your site whenever you go to the single post page or home page
   or archive page.

 * It’s on the page that has all of the coding for the main posts; index.php.
 * So it’s on the right page and everything, but it just won’t show older dates.
