# Date Picker Issue

 * Hello! I am using the free version of your widget on my site here: [http://www.vista18.com/reservations/](http://www.vista18.com/reservations/).
   The date picker is not working properly. Whenever I first go to the reservations
   page and click on the date picker, the calendar doesn’t open. Once I reload the
   page, it works fine.
 * I’ve tried playing with the widget options: I originally had all three check 
   boxes unchecked, but I also tried all combinations with no success. I’m thinking
   it’s a theme conflict, but wanted to check if you had seen this happen before.

 * Hi again! I’m still hoping to get some advice on this issue. We’re considering
   upgrading to the premium version of this plugin to take advantage of the increased
   functionality, but won’t do that if this problem persists.

 * Hi, thanks for getting back to me.
 * I’m using a Windows 7 Professional computer, and have had the issue using Firefox,
   Chrome and IE. Other colleagues at my workplace have also had the issue on their
   computers, and I’ve had customers message us over Facebook with the same problem.
   Sorry, I didn’t ask about their OS or browser.

 * Try going into “Settings > Open Table” then the Advanced Options tab. Try disabling
   both bootstrap features.

 * I had tried that previously, and again just now, but it doesn’t seem to make 
   a difference. I’m assuming it’s a theme conflict of some kind.

 * The biggest issue is that I can’t duplicate the problem. I’ve tried on Chrome,
   Firefox, and IE10 as well with no issues (Windows 10 though).
 * I’ll have to do more cross-browser testing, which might take a while. Ping me
   here again if you don’t hear back from me by Wednesday next week or so.

 * Any luck with the cross-browser testing? I tried making a reservation from my
   Windows 10 laptop at home (using Chrome), and the date picker still didn’t work
   without first reloading the page.

 * I’ve tested on and off in various browsers with YOUR website and have not had
   any problems at all.
 * I just tested on a Windows 7 machine with Firefox and had no problems with your
   website.
 * I wish I could help but it’s impossible to help without seeing the problem and
   knowing how to reproduce the problem.
