Date Picker

Hi,

Thanks for this wonderful plugin. So amazingly versatile.

In the Manage Database Fields page, I have specified two fields, start_date and end_date, and have given them the Form Element of Date Field.

Ideally I would like in the Add New Participant Record page that the date field appears as a date picker. That would make entering the dates easy and would standardise their format. However it is in fact a blank text field. Is there a way to make it into a Date Picker?
