    Hello.

Can you explain in more details what do you mean stopped work. You can’t choose the date or you do not see them, please be more exact.

    Regards.

Well, Its still not working with the datepicker for me!

In Settings/Data I added two fields, date_1 and date_2. As Input Type I picked “Date Picker” (because Date/Time picked was not available) and I was testing the fields.

After some days they stopped to work! I guess I have a conflict with something else, but I don’t know what and I have not been changing anything.

If some will give it a try you can reach me on skype with current username.

Your explanation not clear for me, I have asked you particular questions. What does mean stopped work? You do not see that attribute, you can’t choose the date for that attribute or something else.

Also try to disable third party plugins to investigate the issue.

    Regards.

    Hi,

When I click the date fields nothing is happening! No pop-up calendar…

“Stopped to work…” meas that I have seen seeing the date-picker, – not the datetime-picker!

    How can I echo attributes?

The active plugins that I have now are:

    – Global meta Keywork Descriptions
    – Nextscripts, SNAP PRO upgrade hyelper
    – Nextscripts, Social Network Auto-Poster
    – jLanguage (Multilingual features)
    – Responsive WP Slider (Soliloguy lite)
    – Theme My Login
    – WP Ecommerce
    – WPSC-Simple-Shipping

I can try a few more but I dont think it would help!

Any ideas? I can open a teamviewer session if anyone wants to help…

We never had datetime picker! Only date-picker.

If date-picker is not working. Try to disable ALL plugins for investigation. I’m not telling you not to use them just disable for investigation that we could find the issue.

Many people talk about a datetime picker.

I disabled all plugins and still its not working! I will try and install WP-CRM on another site…

Just to see what is happening…

Its working fine on the other site!

So now I need to doo something drastic!

Will I be on thin ice if I:
    – Backup the db and the WP-crm directory
    – Download Backup of Current WP-CRM Configuration
    – Deactivate the WP-CRM (will the data be deleted from the db?)
    – Delete WP-CRM directory from plugins

    – After the is I will download the WP-CRM once more
    – I will install it and activate
    – Will it destroy that data???
    – Then I restore the WP-CRM Configuration
    – if I need to restore the db, – then I would like to know which tables are important for WP-CRM?

I cannot risk loosing data! Will it work? Did I forget something?

    Regards, Frank

All data from crm plugin is storing in database. When you delete/diactivate plugin – plugin’s data and plugin’s configuration are still storing in database in the following folders:
    wp_users, wp_user_meta, wp_otions

    Regards.
