# Date() PHP Code Error

 * I keep getting the following code error. I have been unable to resolve it and
   would appreciate any help that you can provide. I am a novice to WordPress, only
   average with HTML and PHP, but computer savvy. Thanks a bunch in advance.
 * “PHP Warning: date(): It is not safe to rely on the system’s timezone settings.
   You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set()
   function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this
   warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected ‘America/
   Chicago’ for ‘-5.0/DST’ instead in C:\media\web\rss_shownotes\wp-content\plugins\
   page-flip-image-gallery\pageFlip.class.php(2) : eval()’d code(1) : eval()’d code(
   1) : eval()’d code on line 1479 PHP Warning: date(): It is not safe to rely on
