    HEllo, Thank you for this plugin. It’s simple but I don’t understand how I can show some information in my template.

    I want to show date start or date end.
    I have found some solution like <?php echo do_shortcode( ‘[event_details]’ ); ?> who work but I don’t know how I have to write the shortcode [event_details] with the attribute start or end.

    I know there is the functions get_the_date_end, get_the_date_start, the_date_end and the_date_start but I don’t know how to write this on my php file.

    Can you help me ? Thank you.

    With this code you get the Event-Date instead of the publication date.

    <?php  $display_date = date('d.m.Y', strtotime(get_post_meta($post->ID, 'event_begin', true)));

                             if ( $display_date == '01.01.1970'): { the_time('d.m.Y'); } else: { echo $display_date;  } endif; ?>

    Hi, you can also use the wrappers functions given in http://event-post.com/docs/event-post/index.html

    <?php
    echo get_the_date_end();
    echo get_the_date_start();
    echo get_the_dates();
    ?>
