    Hi.

This is latest version of plugin 4.0.32 on WordPress 4.1 on Coraline theme (latest version)

The web page where the fault is occurring is here: http://www.dartmouthholidayflat.co.uk/index.php/booking-form/

The date calendars on this page when they open are overlaying the fields below them and its difficult to select a date, if you can at all. Also when you click on “Arrival” date sometimes it doesn’t produce the calendar popup but “Departure” date always does popup and once it has, Arrival date popup works but has the same problem.

I have tried this on the following web browsers: Chrome on PC and iPad Air; Safari on iPad Air, Internet Explorer with the same results. They are all the latest versions.

I have backed up the form settings and removed the plugin and reinstalled it and the forms with no change in the results.

Also tried to change form date settings to “inline” but form will not save and eventually returns “CGI Error – The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.”

Finally we may have only noticed this as the site is a holiday flat booking site and no one may have used it since the Plugin was upgraded on 22/12/14.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Kind regards

    Bill Perry

  • Hi Bill Perry the problem is with your theme.

If you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen, you will not have this issue.

Hi mbrsolution. Thanks for the feedback. Interesting. I have tried for the moment the default themes in preview mode and yes the background of the popup does go opaque, as it does when in the present theme “customise” mode. Its only in full production mode it’s wrong.

I’ve left a message on the theme forum to see if anyone can suggest what’s going on there.

Thanks for your help on this and sorry I have not been back in touch before.

I finally decided to try restoring a backup before many updates were done. It didn’t help so after restoring the latest backup, so I then followed your advice and changed the theme to one of the standard ones and that cured all the problems.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Bill

I am happy to hear Bill that you solved your issue, well done 🙂

    Enjoy the plugin.

    Regards
