Date format in submission CSV export appears inconsistent

Since a few time, format date in submissions exported through a CSV file changed.
It’s now following this format:
Mai 15, 2022 @ 7:38
When converted in excel format it leads to two separated columns (as commas are separators in this CSV file). It does not lokk a date, impossible to sort.
How to come back to the previous format which worked perfectly ?

Could you please export the form and share with us using Google Drive or DropBox to take a closer look at how the form is configured?

sorry to reopen the discussion but the topic is my doubt too.

How do I proceed to config the date format? I'm using FORMINATOR FREE.
We have now this format (pt-br language) "ago 21, 2022 @ 3:33 PM", (for example).
We can see by opening the generated .CSV with Libre Office Calc.

But my client needs to remove the hour and reorder the date to YY-MM-DD (year - month - day) to make work easier with students who register through the form.

Is there a way to config the date format?
