I have set the date format to mm.dd.yyyy (F j,Y) but it is displaying as dd.mm.yyyy. How can I get it to display the other way?

    Hey @emkay717,

First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual.

Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.

    Thank you for reaching out.
The displayed format depends on a couple of things:

    1. Your WordPress settings under Settings > general
    2. Your the Events Calendar settings under Events -> Settings -> Display (which I believe is what you adjusted)
    3. Your WordPress theme and its settings

So, please make sure you go through all 3 locations first, if that does not work, can you send me a link to the website in question ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.
