    Hi there Carlos,

    Like others, I followed your instructions, set up the plugin, .class, selected ‘text field etc but the date won’t show up no matter what I’ve tried:
    1. I used your code: `.xdsoft_datetimepicker {
    z-index:999999999999999;
    }`
    That I found in one of your answers, but nothing!
    2. I opened up console and found this somewhat irrelevant (?) error:

    SerpResultsMetrics.handleError @ content_page.js:2615
    contact-form-back.jpg:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
    which is referring to a .jpg that it can’t find..?
    I’m not sure what’s happening.
    I currently work locally, so if you need to see the site, I will install a current installation in live server.

    Thank you very much in advance!

    Hi @skopelosvillas
    without checking the page, I can’t help much. It could be that the javascript error logged is preventing the datepicker to render, but the error is not coming from my plugin files. But without visiting the page and debugging, I can’t say for sure. If possible, share a link to a live page and I’ll check what’s happening.

    Hi @carlosmoreirapt
    Thank you for your reply! Is there any way I can privately share my link and user/pass? I’m working locally and I have uploaded temporarily with user/pass.

    Thank you!

    Hi @skopelosvillas
    As per forum guidelines, we shouldn’t contact off the forums, but I think in this case it makes sense. You can visit my website to get my contact details (at the bottom).
    Greetings, Carlos

    Hi Carlos,

    Thank you very much for all your help.
    As you pointed out, I had enabled the “only when shortcode exists on a page’, without the actual shortcode displaying in the particular page.

    It displays nicely now!

    Thanks again for all your help!!

    This setting: only when shortcode exists on a page

    Yep, that’s what stopped the calendar from displaying on my website, too. Thanks for the follow up on this!

    Hello! Thank you for this plugin <3
    I had the same problem as @beniellis
    I set when to load “Across the full website” and solved it..
    But now it loads unnecessarily on all pages.. :/

    Hi @vero2
    You can use the ‘only when shortcode [datetimepicker] exists on page’ and add
    [datetimepicker]
    Somewhere on that page, just for the plugin to know it needs to load on that page.

    Thank you for your fast reply 😀 It worked!!
    (I thought that shortcode was automatically added to the page containing the form)
    I´ll write on one “placeholder not showing” thread as I´m experiencing that little problem too..
