Can you please try extending the used Shortcode on that page to
[table id=1 cache_table_output=false /]
This will turn off an internal table output cache, which might play a role here.

Thank you, this Shortcode solved the problem. But it still need about 10 min to finish the update. A interesting things is, when I use Google Chrome whitch I had login WordPress, I watch my pages, it seems to be updated immediately. And I use InPrivate mode or use other browsers, again it turns into waiting for a while to complete the change.

do you mean that even with the new Shortcode, there’s a delay of 10 minutes? That might then be caused by some other caching, e.g. from another plugin, your server, an intermediate service like Cloudflare, or your browser.
