Hi Tom,
Are you using WooThemes’s official “Google Product Feed” plugin?
Cheers,
Thomas
Hi Thomas,
Thanks for the quick response, I’m actually updating the feed manually. I’ve since updated all the product ID’s to reflect the page ID so everything matches now.
The issue I’m having now is that the Product viewers (system-defined) list in “audiences” in adwords isn’t being populated but the “all visitors” and “general visitors” lists are growing normally. I’ve checked the tag using google tag assistant and it seems to be firing properly so I’m struggling to figure out why it’s not being picked up in adwords.
Do you have any thoughts on why this would occur?
Thanks again,
Tom
Hi Tom,
:-\
I am sorry but I do not know what could cause this, maybe you should recheck it now since sometimes AdWords needs 24-48 hours to update its stats.
Thomas
Hi, we are having the same issue.
Our product ids are showing the page id and not the sku.
Is there a way to fix this?
Hi,
Just to make sure: your feed uploaded to AdWords contains the SKU as well, not the IDs?
Thomas
Hi Thomas,
That is correct, we are sending the sku to adwords directly from our accounting system (netsuite)
Hi,
Well, in this case I need to add an option to the plugin so that you can select whether ID or SKU should be added to the dataLayer.
I am planing to release the next version somewhere around next weekend, I will do my best to include this as well.
Thomas
Hi Thomas,
Thanks for that. We will wait for the update.
Hi,
I just wanted to tell you that I just added this to the development version.
Thomas
Hi Tomi,
I am facing the same issue, I started looking after I saw the Alert message on GA that No-ecommerce data is flowing.. all the product sku’s have been changed in my GA view also.
Please help.

Roy
