Database tables contains millions of entries

Hello, one of the database tables (top_ten_daily) from Top 10 contains millions of entries and it’s quite large I’ll say. I’m afraid it slows down my website, so is there a way to empty this data on a regular schedule, such as monthly? Thanks!
