• Hi Lee,
    I haven’t found any option to delete old data in your plugin’s settings yet. Can I delete the data manually within the plugin’s 3 tables in the database? Is there a sql command for this task, to let’s say delete all data before e.g. the year 2019?
    Thanks in advance!

    PS: Or what is the option “Anonymise old cart records” doing?

    Best regards

    We wouldn’t recommend manually doing anything in the database.

    That doesn’t remove records, it simply removes personally-identifiable information from them.

    Thanks for your response Lee but how do I remove old data then?
    I need to reduce the size of my database as much as possible. Thanks again.

    Hi;

    That’s not really something we can offer advice on here. If you have a support licence I’d suggest reaching out to our support team to see if there’s anything we can suggest here:
