Database table wp_sam_places hasn't been upgraded!

Hi guys

I’ve tried to update the plugin, but not this message is at the top of all the plugin-backend: Database table wp_sam_places hasn’t been upgraded!

My ad places are not showing anymore..

How do I downgrade again, or fix the database tables?

Any help is appreciated.
