# Database size issue

 * I am facing a problem. I want to backup my WordPress blog database, when I click
   on “My SQL Databases” it shows the database size 61.29 MB and when I go to “PHPMyAdmin”
   to export the database tables, there it shows the size 19.1 MB, what is the problem?
   Why both are not showing the same size?

 * where do you see “My SQL Databases”? That’s not part of WordPress. If it’s on
   your hosting control panel, it may be looking at other databases associated with
   your account.

 * Yes it is on my hosting CPanel. No it is showing the size of just one database
   as I have only 1 site hosted on this hosting having only 1 database.
