 * Greetings, [@revstancline](https://wordpress.org/support/users/revstancline/)!
 * Thanks for posting your question!
 * As you noticed, Form Maker saves the submitted information into `[wp_prefix]_formmaker_submits`
   table of your website database.
 * However, you can store the information on a table of your choice using **MySQL
   Mapping** feature of the plugin.
 * You can configure a query from **Form Options > MySQL Mapping** page. This lets
   you keep the data on a **Local** or **Remote** database table.
 * Please give this a try and let us know in case you have questions.
    Thanks! Have
   a wonderful day!

 * Thank you for the info but when I go to my form maker in the dash board; no Form
   Options choice.
 * I only have Global Options which does not show me the option of MySQL Mapping
   page.
 * I am running Form Maker Pro version 2.11.6.
 * Any idea why I can’t see the Form Options to get to MySQL Mapping?

 * Hi, [@revstancline](https://wordpress.org/support/users/revstancline/)!
 * Please note, that Form Options are not under Global Options. Instead, you need
   to **edit your form** and click on **Form Options** button marked in [this screenshot](https://vgy.me/QPEKaY.png).
 * Each Form has its separate Form Options, which apply to only that particular
   form. You will then need to navigate to **MySQL Mapping** tab, as seen [here](https://vgy.me/Xamo8q.png).
 * Let me know in case you have questions.
    Cheers!
