# Database questions

 * I live in Colorado Springs, CO and use Comcast as my ISP. The plug-in, until 
   recently identified my location perfectly. It now, however, thinks I’m in Mount
   Laurel, NJ (I think that’s a Comcast datacenter location).
 * Is there any better database that might handle this better? I’ve downloaded two
   databases (one from MaxMind); both are CSV files. I see your database has a .
   DAT extension.
 * Would a better database correct this? Where do I download a .DAT database? Can
   I use a .CSV database?

 * Unfortunately, we’re at the mercy of Maxmind for accuracy. I can only suggest
   the PRO version of Maxmind – which is also a DAT file.
 * Or, you could leverage a different approach and use a browser-based approach 
   to getting user location. I don’t know of any plugins that use this approach,
   however.
