    I’ve been facing a problem lately with one of my wp pages and here

    You should never try to access that file directly.

 * I found that page while searching for my website’s name in google. search for“
   site:www.q8abroad.com”

 * Looks like the error refers to getting the charset, which would be UTF-8 instead
   of WTF-8.
 * Check your wp-config file and make sure it’s defined as the first not the second.

 * I just checked. Everything is normal. It’s the first.
